This video explains the variety of benefits that yoga can offer. There are many subtle benefits to yoga; however, the most obvious benefits are relaxation, strength, and flexibility. You will find yourself becoming more aware of your posture, your breathing, as well as the way you deal with stress. You learn to focus and be mindful of the moment.
