Workshops can be utilized to add lasting takeaways to your yoga practice. Workshops are a time to focus on new or special movements. From arm balances and inversions to alignment basics, a workshop can help you focus and achieve a specific and personal goal. We have a variety of workshop offerings. From combining dance and yoga moves to backbends or our popular two-hour detox class, we provide a variety of course offerings.
Workshops are a great way to fully immerse yourself in a particular movement or skill. It is a great to attend a workshop because you have blocked out time for deep focus and extensive practice. Workshops can last anywhere from a couple of hours to the entirety of a weekend. Your instructor may focus on or highlight key moves or particular techniques.
