Do you have yoga classes for beginners?
At SALT, all levels of experience are invited to participate in all classes.  Clients may modify, with the assistance of the instructor, as needed.  If you are new, be sure to let your instructor know and he/she will be happy to assist you with modifications.  If you are interested in starting out in a slower paced class, we recommend a Relax and Restore class or any class taught by Kris, Morgan or Megan.  View the upcoming schedule.  We look forward to seeing you on the mat at SALT!
I have never been to yoga. What should I bring?

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and a water bottle.  That’s all you need!  We will provide the rest!  We offer convenient parking and complimentary use of mats and towels.  We look forward to practicing with you at SALT!

Do you have any promotions?

Yes! Our 10 Days for $10 special is available to all new clients.  For $10, you are invited to take classes for 10 consecutive days in both of our conveniently located studios.  This will give you the opportunity to try out a variety of classes and instructors.  10 Days for $10 is a one time offer available only to residents of the state of Oklahoma.

If I purchase a package, can I come to both studios?

Yes! All packages may be used at either our Utica or South location.

I need to cancel my auto pay package, what do I need to do?

Please send an email to hello@saltyogatulsa.com with your name and the pertinent information.  Reminder: the auto package renewal is a minimum 3 months commitment and we request at least 1 week notice to cancel.

What is "Pick Your Own Spot"?

At our Utica location we offer a “pick your own spot” feature.  You may choose where in the room you would like to place your mat.  Everyone has their favorite spot! To pick your own spot, simply download our SALT Yoga app in the app store, create an account and start picking! This feature is not available at our South location.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are not required.  Our SALT South studio has plenty of room to stretch out so reservations are not required.  Although our Utica location is a bit cozier, there are usually plenty of spaces available to drop in.  If you want to secure your spot for the busy classes held on weekend mornings and Monday evenings, go ahead and download our SALT Yoga app and make your reservation!  We take reservations up to 3 weeks in advance!  And even if you don’t have a reservation, always feel free to drop into any of our classes.  Typically some clients cancel at the last minute and we will have a spot for you!

My SALT Yoga app isn't working, what should I do?

Try turning your phone off and then back on to reset it.  If that doesn’t work, try logging out of the app and then logging back in.  And finally, if you are still having issues, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.  Note: if for some reason you have set up multiple accounts, this can create issues.  So if that is the case, you will need to delete one of your profiles.

Do you offer classes that are not hot?

Our Relax and Restore, Holy Yoga and Meditation classes are not heated.

Do you offer private yoga instruction?

I'm bringing my friend with me to yoga, can you reserve a spot for him/her?

To make a reservation and reserve a spot, each of you will need to download the SALT Yoga app and pay for the class.  We look forward to seeing you!
